The workshop was held on 9 November in Tel Aviv, Israel in partnership with Good Vision and BeyondBusiness. There were a range of participants from banks, corporates, pharmaceutical companies, civil society, and CR consultatants. The participants pointed out the importance of dialogue with stakeholders and stated that an organisation that fails to do so - wont be able to exist in today’s reality which demands great transparency in all business conduct.
Another interesting question raised during the workshop, with different opinions - concerned the connection between stakeholder engagement and CSR. While some participants felt that the engagement fits organisations that already have CSR strategies, others felt that the engagement can provide great foundations for any organisation that wishes to develop and implement CR strategies in its different divisions.
