The workshop held on 29 October in Hong Kong, China in partnership with MTR had a dozen participants from civil society, businesses and academic institutions. The recommendations from this workshop provide a brief overview of what the primary focus of the AA1000SES should be; areas where specific guidance is needed; some of the challenges associated with stakeholder engagement in addition to other standards the AA1000SES needs to be aligned with and how this should be done.
